A Few Nature's Greatest Puzzles

The questions scientists are now working for solutions are a lot narrower than those asked 100 years ago. However, the present open questions are so exciting as the first puzzles. In this talk I will underline and discuss a list of some of the major open questions in Astronomy and Physics, in the observational, experimental and theoretical areas,representing, perhaps, the present Nature's greatest puzzles.
